Flour, olive oil, and a whole lot of flavor—join us at Under-Study for Focaccia-Yes!, an interactive class led by the talented Head Baker Domenic Reyes. You’ll learn the ins and outs of making focaccia from scratch, from mixing and kneading to dimpled perfection.

Once the loaves are in the oven, we’ll gather for a casual tasting featuring artisanally made Incontro Cured Salumi and a glass of wine from a beloved Napa Valley winery—because fresh-baked bread deserves good company.

Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned home baker, you’ll leave with new skills, a full belly, and a golden, crispy loaf of your very own.
